Modular Co-Living

This project rethinks Co-Living in a world where pandemics have reshaped the way we live in our private homes and the way we share spaces. A highly efficient modular one-bedroom unit allows each occupant the safety of one’s own room, while maximizing the number of units and occupants. The module has been designed to house a variety of programs to create flexibility within a prefab and highly sustainable cross-laminated timber building system. These modules are densely packed into the site but shifted to create two offset volumes that optimize for legal light and air.
